Dining Room Table Flower Arrangement in Tuscan Colors

Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagles’s.  Psalm 103:5

Today’s Prayer:  Father, thank You for all the blessings of provision, health, strength and renewal of youth which I can experience because of Jesus’ finished work at the cross.  Today, as I look to You and wait upon You, renew my youth and strength, so that I may mount up with wings of eagles.  I want to run and not be weary, walk and not faint.  Grant me good health all the days of my life.  Amen

Good morning all you beautiful people……Today I started out on my patio… of course with my hubby and a hot cup of coffee……When we first walked outside it was a little warm and humid but then a nice breeze started blowing and cool things off a tad……I just love this time of year……Fall is in the air and I’m ready for the cooler weather to set in……Are you ready to come see what I’ve been up to in the house………..follow me…..  🙂

Wanted to share my new flower arrangement I made for my dining room table……I love the warm colors of gold and burgundy red…..this is replacing the pale rose and green arrangement I had made 18 years ago for this room…..Sorry I did not get a before and after picture……

I purchased the flowers from Hobby Lobby when they were 50 percent off…..That store has the best flowers to choose from!!!    I’m always asking for gift cards for my birthday, Christmas or any other special occasion…..I know I will definitely use them!

The black vase is replacing a crystal and gold bowl I had my previous arrangement in….

To make the arrangement, I hot glued a green styrofoam circle in the bottom of the vase, then I started adding the flowers…cutting them in different heights, with the tallest ones in the center….once all the flowers were in place…..I then filled in all the empty spaces with greenery…once I achieved the look I wanted I went back and hot glued each stem into the styrofoam to make sure they stay in place….

I just love how these colors pop!

I’m still not sure if I have made it too tall or not….having a hard time seeing my mirrored buffet against the wall……oh well….for now it stays…..and the gold and crystal candlesticks I will keep on the table for now too….they actually went with the previous crystal bowl that had the previous arrangement….I’ll let you know if I make any more changes.

Would love to hear your comments and thoughts….
